Wash the potatoes.

TIP: If you have time, allow the potatoes to soak in cold water for up to 20 minutes. This will make them much crispier.

Slice the baby potatoes in half or into bite sized pieces.

Place them in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with the oil.

Add salt and pepper and toss the potatoes around in the bowl to get a nice coating.

Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket evenly.

Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. If your air fryer doesn’t reach 400 F degrees, then get as close to this temperature as you can. You might need to adjust the time required.

Toss well and cook for another 10 minutes.

TIP: It’s important that the potatoes are tossed halfway through the cooking process. so they can cook evenly. Otherwise, they might burn on one side and not crisp well on the other.

Let them cool for a few minutes. Serve!
