I think I might have weird kids because they LOVE fish sticks. Since I’ve switched to making frozen fish sticks in the air fryer, they are even crazier for them because they come out perfectly crispy.

You won’t believe how easy it is to make frozen fish sticks in the air fryer, and how perfectly crispy they come out.

What do you need to make frozen fish sticks in the air fryer?

You just need fish sticks straight from the freezer and some olive oil spray.

How do you make frozen fish sticks in the air fryer?

I like to spray the crisper tray with olive oil before I put the fish sticks down.

Then, I line up the fish sticks in rows, so I can fit as many as possible into the basket without touching each other. This is why I love the Chefman 8-qt air fryer because you can fit enough fish sticks for an entire family of 4 all at once.

Next, I spray the olive oil spray lightly across all the fish sticks.

I always cook my fish sticks at 400 F degrees for 10-12 minutes. I use a spatula and flip them halfway through.

Usually I buy the giant bag of fish sticks from Sam’s Club, which are bigger than the typical fish sticks at the regular grocery stores. For this size, I always cook them for the full 12 minutes. For the regular size, I cook for 10-11 minutes.

Then, I serve them immediately with sides and ketchup.

How do you reheat leftover fish sticks?

The rare times there are leftover fish sticks, I store them in a ziplock bag in the fridge for a couple days. When it’s time to heat them up, I just use the air fryer again at 400 F degrees for about 4 minutes.

I like to use the air fryer because it keeps the fish sticks crispy. If you use the microwave to reheat the fish sticks, they’ll end up soggy and not crispy.
