These Mini S’mores Pies in the Air Fryer are probably the most most amazing and easiest dessert I’ve ever made. I could not wait to share this with you. This is like the perfect dessert – crispy marshmallow on top, melty gooey chocolate, all in a little bitty pie. This dessert is heaven! This post contains affiliate links.

This is the perfect recipe to get you hooked on an air fryer because it’s just so imple. You can put six of them together super fast. They take a minute to put together and just few minutes in the air fryer. Then, they are ready to eat.
Ingredients to make Air Fryer Mini S’mores Pies
You need just 4 Ingredients. Just FOUR!

- Mini Graham Cracker Crust Pie Shells – I used Keebler brand, and they come in a six-pack.
- 1 bag of mini marshmallows
- 1 bag of semi sweet chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips
- 1 GIANT Hershey Chocolate bar (or two regular-sized Hershey bars)
How many squares are in a Hershey bar?
A regular-sized Hershey bar has 12 squares, which you could probably get away with just 1 for this recipe.

I used 2 squares per pie of a giant Hershey bar that has 25 squares, but they seem double the thickness of the regular Hershey bar. So, I would recommend, if using a regular Hershey bar, to use 3-4 squares per mini s’mores pie.
How do you make these Mini S’mores Pies in the Air Fryer?
Remove the graham cracker crust shells from the packaging and set as many as you can fit in the air fryer without touching.
I have an 8-qt Chefman Turbo Air Fryer that is able to hold all 6 mini pies.

Break the Hershey’s bars into squares and place 2-4 squares in each pie crust. (2 if using a king size of giant bar or 3-4 if using regular-sized bars)

Sprinkle about 1 to 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips in each pie.

Divide the marshmallows between each pie. Just fit as many as you’d like to completely cover the chocolate. Gently press the marshmallows down, so they don’t fly out when the air fryer is cooking.
Air fry the mini pies at 360 degrees for 5-6 minutes. Check at the 4-minute mark to see if the marshmallows are beginning to brown.

Allow them to sit for 1-2 minutes when it’s done for the chocolate to continue melting.
These are super hot when they come out, and it can be a challenge to remove the pies from the air fryer. I used a pair of tongs and put them on a small cookie sheet.
Serve immediately.
Can you make these Mini S’mores Pies in the air fryer ahead of time?
I would NOT cook them ahead of time. BUT, you can definitely put them together and have them ready to cook ahead of time.
Can you make these Mini S’mores Pies in the oven?
You can. I would recommend baking them at 350 F degrees for about 11-13 minutes. Just watch carefully for the marshmallows to brown. As soon as they reach a light brown color, I’d pull them out.
