How do you make Air Fryer Peanut Butter Cookies?

Combine all 3 ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until fully combined.

Chill the cookie dough in the fridge for 30 minutes. Don’t skip this step because this prevents the air fryer from spreading the cookies out and making them very fragile and crumbly.

Using a 1 ½-inch cookie scoop, or heaping tablespoon, scoop the dough onto parchment paper. Since, this cookie dough is very sticky, I recommend using the scoop or a spoon. Otherwise it will get all over your hands.

Using a fork, press the cookie flat in one direction, then again from the opposite direction to make a crosshatch pattern on top.

Line the bottom of your air fryer with parchment paper. Be sure to not have extra parchment paper running up the side of the air fryer or it will get caught by the air and fold over the cookies.

Place as many cookies in your air fryer that will fit, while giving each cookie about 1/2 inch of space so the cookies can expand without touching. I have a big 8-qt air fryer, so I can do about 8 at a time, but my smaller air fryer, which is 5 qts can only do about 4 at a time.

Set your air fryer at 370 F degrees and cook the cookies for 4 minutes before letting them rest in the air fryer for an additional 4 minutes. Don’t touch the cookies until they’ve sat and cooled for the additional time, otherwise they might fall apart when you try to remove them.
